Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant 

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our hospitality team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable, hassle-free stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and storage of cleaning equipment and materials.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with established standards.

• Monitor and report any maintenance or repair issues to supervisors promptly.

• Understand individual guest preferences and provide cleaning services tailored to their needs and schedule.

• Maintain high levels of hygiene, organization, and attention to detail in all housekeeping tasks.

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Identify and report any concerns affecting guest comfort to the team leader for immediate resolution.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in housekeeping or hotel room maintenance.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond to guest requests professionally and promptly.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Calm, composed, and proactive in high-demand situations.

• Knowledge of cleaning protocols and hospitality standards.

Preferred Candidate:

• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.

• Previous hospitality or housekeeping experience in hotels or serviced residences is highly preferred.
