This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable dining experiences. The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring smooth seating and reservation management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth dining operations.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and reception areas.

• Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations.

• Support the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
