Marriott International is hiring a Heart of House Specialist for Lapita Dubai Parks and Resorts Autograph Collection. This role supports essential hotel operations across departments such as kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry. The position focuses on maintaining cleanliness, ensuring quality standards, and supporting smooth operational workflows.

The Heart of House Specialist plays a key role in operating cleaning equipment, preparing clean linen and dishware, transporting materials, and maintaining a safe and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cleaning needs across multiple hotel departments.

• Prepare clean linen, sanitized dishware, and maintain hygiene standards.

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashers, hand-wash stations, washers, and dryers.

• Transport linens, dishware, and related items across hotel facilities.

• Maintain a safe workspace and follow all company policies and quality standards.

• Uphold professional appearance, communication, and behavior.

• Build positive working relationships and support teamwork.

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions promptly.

• Perform lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling tasks (up to 50 lbs).

• Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Education: No high school diploma or GED required.

• Experience: No previous work experience necessary.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and hotel standards.
