The company partners with hospitals, clinics, and government health authorities to deliver strategic, operational, and digital transformation programs that improve care delivery and compliance.

They are hiring a Healthcare Consultant to lead on-site consulting projects focused on clinical operations improvement, EMR implementation, and healthcare regulatory alignment. The ideal candidate will combine clinical understanding with analytical, process, and project management excellence to deliver measurable results.

Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end healthcare consulting engagements for hospitals and clinics, from assessment to implementation.

• Oversee EMR system selection, configuration, and rollout, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, and go-live support.

• Design and execute process improvement initiatives (patient flow, bed management, clinical coding, and revenue cycle optimization) using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

• Ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness, aligning processes with UAE health authority standards and global frameworks.

• Develop data dashboards and analytical reports in Power BI or similar tools to provide insights into clinical and operational performance.

• Manage stakeholder engagement, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption of new systems and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Proven consulting or hospital operations experience in the UAE or GCC.

• Hands-on EMR implementation or optimization experience (Cerner, Epic, or similar).

• Strong process-improvement and Lean Six Sigma skills.

• Data analytics and dashboarding skills (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

• Deep understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with government health authorities or multi-site healthcare networks.

• Professional certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, healthcare quality accreditation).

• Familiarity with clinical coding, revenue cycle, or digital health platforms beyond EMR.
