TASC Outsourcing is hiring a Healthcare Call Center Agent to join its team supporting a U.S.-based healthcare company. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients, providers, and stakeholders with professionalism and empathy. This full-time, on-site position requires rotational shifts, including night shifts, and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly using cloud-based tools like RingCentral.

Follow call scripts and workflows to ensure consistent and accurate communication.

Access and update cloud-based systems and maintain proper call documentation.

Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards.

Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments.

Meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and adhere to schedules and performance targets.

Provide exceptional customer service through professionalism, empathy, and effective communication.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a call center, healthcare support, or customer service role is preferred.

Proficient in using cloud-based applications (e.g., RingCentral, CRM systems, EMRs).

Quick learner with the ability to follow scripts, policies, and procedures.

Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Reliable internet connectivity and a quiet workspace for potential remote collaboration.
