Salve.Lab is seeking an experienced Head of Security to oversee all security operations, ensuring the safety of company staff and assets. The role includes developing security protocols, leading the security team, coordinating emergency responses, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage security protocols to safeguard staff and assets.

• Supervise security operations and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.

• Lead the security team in emergency response situations and coordinate communications with employees.

• Manage onboarding and integration of new security staff.

• Organize and conduct training programs for the security team; coordinate additional training with external providers.

• Conduct regular risk evaluations and vulnerability assessments; provide detailed reports and practical recommendations.

• Collaborate with external partners to install, maintain, and enhance security systems.

• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

• Analyze past incidents to develop preventive measures and improve response strategies.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Fluent or native-level English proficiency (C1) with excellent communication skills.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in military, police, national security, or related fields.

• At least 5 years in a security management role.

• Deep understanding of security procedures, risk evaluation, and emergency response planning.

• Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience.

• High ethics, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.

• Proficiency in security technologies and systems.

• Experience collaborating with law enforcement and external security agencies.
