Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality and a member of Dubai Holding, is seeking a Guest Services Executive for the Telecommunications Department at Zabeel House The Greens. This role ensures seamless communication services for guests, manages calls, faxes, and messages, and contributes to a superior guest experience in a modern, design-led lifestyle property.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming and outgoing calls promptly, professionally, and according to departmental standards.

Assist guests with requests, redirect to appropriate departments, and follow up for satisfaction.

Handle emergencies efficiently, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction.

Attend daily briefings and escalate guest satisfaction issues to senior staff.

Manage guest requests and reports through Service One and HotSOS.

Ensure accurate shift handovers and maintain records of all activities.

Record and manage wake-up calls, update information boards, and print in-house guest lists.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for reporting purposes.
Candidate Requirements:
-
2–3 years of experience in a five-star hotel.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level).

Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
