The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) is seeking a talented Graphic Designer on a 1-year freelance contract. DCT Abu Dhabi drives sustainable growth in the culture and tourism sectors, supporting economic progress and the UAE capital’s global ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print (internal campaigns, presentations, event branding, etc.)

• Adapt designs to different formats while maintaining brand consistency

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand briefs and translate them into clear visual outputs

• Support ongoing campaigns with fresh, high-quality creative assets

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, and campaign work

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Arabic/English bilingual is preferred but not mandatory
