Job Summary:
La Relocation Group SA is expanding into the Middle East with the launch of its Dubai branch and is seeking a General Manager to lead this exciting new venture. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in setting up operations, building a team, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring service excellence aligned with the company’s global standards. This role suits an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in start-up environments and has strong knowledge of the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Start-Up & Launch Leadership:

Lead the full setup and launch of La Relocation’s Dubai branch, including office establishment and service rollout.

Recruit, train, and motivate a small, high-performing local team.

Build partnerships with real estate agents, service providers, and key local stakeholders.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to position the brand as a premium relocation service.

Ensure brand and franchise standards are maintained in alignment with headquarters.
2. Strategic & Operational Leadership:

Set and implement short- and long-term operational goals for growth and profitability.

Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client and partner networks.

Build a collaborative, values-driven team culture that emphasizes professionalism and empathy.
3. Operations & Quality Management:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with UAE laws and La Relocation policies.

Streamline internal processes to optimize efficiency and service quality.

Maintain accurate records and performance reports using CRM tools.
4. Client & Community Relations:

Build trusted client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the relocation process.

Represent La Relocation at industry and community events to build visibility.

Foster connections with landlords, businesses, and associations to expand the brand’s footprint.
5. Compliance & Continuous Improvement:

Ensure adherence to all legal and corporate compliance standards.

Maintain ethical and professional conduct across all operations.

Collect feedback and implement strategies for service enhancement.
Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience in business development, start-up leadership, or branch management roles.

Background in real estate, relocation, hospitality, or service-oriented industries preferred.

Strong understanding of the Dubai market and a local business network.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and financial acumen.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages a plus).
