Emirates NBD, a leading financial services brand in the UAE and across the MENAT region, is hiring an FX Specialist. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on activating new FX clients, increasing share of wallet, and cross-selling banking products while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain close contact and relationships with assigned customer portfolios to maximize share of wallet.

• Support Head of Cross-Sell with market insights to develop tailored business development strategies.

• Assess product risk, reputation risk, and suitability using global best practices.

• Coach Business Banking Relationship Managers to enhance FX business opportunities.

• Conduct client calls weekly to maximize primary transaction banking sales.

• Collaborate with product and channel partners to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance or Bachelor’s degree (management graduate preferred).

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in FX, banking, or finance.

• In-depth knowledge of FX products, services, and delivery channels for SME customers.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, networking, and financial management skills.

• Forward-thinking, fair-minded, and informed on market competition, regulations, and industry practices.

• Arabic speaker is mandatory.
