As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel—creating memorable first impressions, providing seamless service, and ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.

• Handle room allocations, reservations, and upgrades based on availability and guest preferences.

• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Process billing, payments, and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with Hilton standards.

• Provide expert knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest stays.

• Collaborate with departments such as Concierge and Housekeeping to deliver seamless service.

• Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation standards, reflecting the luxury brand image.

• Support Front Office operations through multitasking and teamwork as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a front office or customer-facing hospitality role (luxury hotel experience preferred).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
