Hilton is seeking a Front Office Clerk to join its team at DoubleTree by Hilton Jumeirah. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences. As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining Hilton’s high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and professional reception service to guests.

  • Manage check-in and check-out efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.

  • Address guest queries promptly and effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records and complete audit procedures as needed.

  • Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximize occupancy and revenue.

  • Handle cash, credit card, and foreign currency transactions per policy.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel safety, security, and health regulations.

  • Support other departments and team members when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-focused or hospitality environment.

  • High school certificate or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent grooming and professional presentation.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.

  • Basic IT proficiency and familiarity with hotel systems.

  • Experience in cash handling (preferred).
