Hilton is seeking a Front Office Clerk to join its team at DoubleTree by Hilton Jumeirah. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences. As the first point of contact, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining Hilton’s high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and professional reception service to guests.

Manage check-in and check-out efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Address guest queries promptly and effectively.

Maintain accurate records and complete audit procedures as needed.

Upsell hotel services and facilities to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Handle cash, credit card, and foreign currency transactions per policy.

Ensure compliance with hotel safety, security, and health regulations.

Support other departments and team members when required.
Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-focused or hospitality environment.

High school certificate or equivalent qualification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent grooming and professional presentation.

Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.

Basic IT proficiency and familiarity with hotel systems.

Experience in cash handling (preferred).
