Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, providing a professional and friendly experience.

• Answer, route, and manage incoming phone calls; take messages and handle voicemails efficiently.

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for staff.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, maintain office supplies, and perform clerical tasks such as filing and data entry.

• Keep the reception area organized, clean, and well-stocked.

• Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, visitors, and staff members.

• Multitask between guest interactions, phone calls, and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
