Hireoom is seeking an energetic and certified Fitness Instructor to join one of Kuwait’s leading female-only fitness centers. This is a full-time, on-site position (part-time not available) ideal for passionate fitness professionals who thrive in a motivating and empowering environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead women’s fitness classes with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Develop and conduct customized workout programs to suit client needs.

• Motivate and guide participants to achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively.

• Maintain a positive and supportive class atmosphere.

• Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer care.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certified fitness instructor with relevant credentials.

• Strong communication and motivational skills.

• Energetic, professional, and passionate about health and fitness.

• Experience in women’s group training or similar fitness roles preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to 650 KWD base + commission (total 900–1000 KWD+ monthly)
