Representing one of our premium fashion labels, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and enhancing client relationships in a high-end retail setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships using an omni-channel approach

• Track and analyze customer preferences, top-sellers, and slow-moving items

• Offer feedback to buying teams and assist in merchandising activities

• Uphold visual merchandising (VM) and brand standards

• Manage “Click & Collect” services efficiently within defined SLAs

• Capture and maintain accurate customer data for CRM initiatives

• Promote Chalhoub’s loyalty program (MUSE) and digital tools

• Participate in in-store events and support marketing activations

• Provide feedback on customer experience and store performance

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail

• Strong fluency in both English and Russian

• Outstanding customer service and clienteling skills

• Passion for fashion, styling, and the luxury market

• Adaptable, team-oriented, and results-driven
