✅ Key Responsibilities:
🛍 Customer Experience & Sales

Deliver exceptional service and exceed sales targets

Engage in personalized clientelling and loyalty program (MUSE) promotion

Capture and manage customer data in alignment with CRM best practices

Support click-and-collect and omnichannel retail experiences
📊 Store Performance & Visual Merchandising

Analyze data on top sellers and slow movers
-
Provide feedback on pre-buying trends and customer preferences

Ensure store VM compliance and SOP adherence
🎉 Brand Representation & Events

Actively support in-store events, activations, and marketing campaigns

Stay updated on brand’s social media activities and online campaigns

Be an ambassador of the Jil Sander image and Chalhoub values
👥 Team Collaboration & Feedback

Contribute to team culture and employee engagement (eNPS)

Participate in CX improvement initiatives

Provide ongoing feedback on store operations and client needs
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
✔️ Requirements:

Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory)

Proven experience in fashion retail or luxury sales

Strong understanding of customer service, CRM, and KPIs

Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and styling
