Job Summary:

Galadari Brothers is looking for a skilled and proactive Facility Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of building systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities remain safe, functional, and compliant with regulations, while supporting efficiency and sustainability goals. This role involves managing multiple maintenance activities, coordinating with vendors, and providing technical expertise across MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systems.

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and inspections.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance reports, incident logs, and service records.

• Support energy-saving initiatives and overall cost-optimization strategies.

• Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure timely resolution of snag lists.

• Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and ensure service-level standards are upheld.

• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Assist in facility upgrades, space planning, and asset management initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).

• 3–5 years of experience in facility or building maintenance (UAE experience preferred).

• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Proficiency with BMS systems, CMMS software, and maintenance workflows.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and vendor management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites when required.
