Job Summary:

Choco Zen is seeking a creative and strategic Export Marketing Manager to drive brand growth across international markets. Key Responsibilities:

🌍 Global Marketing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute the export marketing strategy aligned with the brand’s global growth goals.

• Adapt global brand positioning and messaging for regional cultures and consumer behavior.

• Collaborate with the Head of Export and distributors to deliver impactful marketing materials.

• Manage annual marketing calendars for international campaigns and seasonal activations.

• Work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and innovation teams to ensure commercial synergy.

🎨 Brand Development & Localization:

• Ensure the brand remains consistent yet adaptable across all global markets.

• Oversee packaging localization and communication for cultural and legal compliance.

• Partner with local agencies and distributors to create tailored marketing plans.

• Maintain excellence in in-store branding, digital assets, and trade visibility.

🛍️ Trade Marketing & Activations:

• Plan trade activations, tastings, and sampling campaigns across export markets.

• Manage POS materials, merchandising displays, and promotional toolkits.

• Support distributors at international food fairs and trade shows with premium brand representation.

• Oversee export marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI performance.

💻 Digital & Communication Strategy:

• Collaborate with digital teams to enhance online brand visibility across markets.

• Develop localized digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and co-branded initiatives.

• Monitor and report on brand engagement and sentiment in international markets.

📊 Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct market research and track competitor trends in export regions.

• Analyze consumer insights and pricing to identify new opportunities.

• Recommend new packaging, products, or marketing ideas based on market data.

🤝 Collaboration & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and retailers.

• Conduct regular marketing reviews and training sessions with partners.

• Serve as a key bridge between headquarters and regional teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or International Relations.

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing within FMCG, food, or luxury consumer brands.

• Proven success in managing export or international markets.

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, localization, and trade marketing.

• Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• Creative mindset with strong marketing analytics and storytelling skills.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

• Fluent in English (Arabic, French, or other languages are a plus).
