L’Oréal, the global leader in beauty and beauty tech, is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to join its Ecommerce Graduate Program in Dubai. This full-time, on-site 12-month internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in digital commerce while working alongside industry experts. The role is ideal for Arabic-speaking graduates eager to explore the fast-paced world of online sales and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimal product presentation across e-commerce platforms, including accurate descriptions and enhanced content (A+)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Operations, Trade Marketing, and Commercial
- Analyze online performance metrics like conversion rates, banner effectiveness, and customer segmentation
- Develop and implement reporting methodologies for weekly/monthly performance tracking
- Support the Ecommerce Key Account Manager (EKAM) in driving platform performance and sales growth
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of plans
Program Requirements:
- Recent graduate or up to 2 years of internship experience
- Fluent in Arabic
- Available to start from July
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
