Key Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Engineer:

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance equipment maintainability and reliability

• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Reliability-Centered Maintenance methods

• Stay current with technological developments in equipment and maintenance practices

• Promote data quality and service reliability

• Support planning of equipment use and resource allocation

• Use asset management systems for performance tracking

As an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Technician:

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on high-standard industrial equipment

• Contribute to a safe, efficient, and effective work environment

• Support reliability practices and continuous improvement initiatives

• Follow a structured technical development program

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field)

• Strong problem-solving and hands-on aptitude

• Good communication skills—both verbal and written

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
