AECOM, a global infrastructure consulting firm, is hiring a Document Controller to support program-wide engineering, operational, and administrative activities through comprehensive document management. The role is on-site and full-time and involves overseeing all project documentation using platforms like Aconex, ensuring compliance with client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer project documents such as specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and reports

Manage document tracking and archiving using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), especially Aconex
-
Maintain logs and registers (e.g., drawings, RFIs, NCRs, CARs) and contribute to monthly reporting

Ensure timely issue and distribution of documents via approved transmittal formats

Handle incoming/outgoing correspondences, track responses, and maintain documentation history
-
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to update and distribute the latest document versions

Assist in compiling as-built documentation for final project handover

Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Maintain and update Master Document Register for reporting and milestone payments

Track and manage license registration and renewal in accordance with project regulations
Requirements:

Relevant certification in Document Control (Degree preferred but not mandatory)

Minimum 7 years of experience in document control within construction or engineering consultancies

Hands-on experience with Aconex on large-scale infrastructure or building projects

Familiarity with project documentation standards, transmittals, and reporting protocols
