Job Summary:
The Dir-Sales I role is a management position at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The position is responsible for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the sales team to ensure top-tier performance in line with Marriott’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets

Develop and implement strategic sales plans across luxury hospitality services

Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on high-value accounts

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Represent The St. Regis brand at key client meetings, events, and industry forums

Ensure adherence to Marriott International policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in luxury or five-star properties

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset

Knowledge of Dubai’s hospitality market is an advantage
