Job Summary:
DCT Abu Dhabi is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to implement and manage digital marketing initiatives for the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre. The role focuses on raising awareness of the center’s programs and initiatives through social media, websites, and other digital platforms. This position ensures marketing projects are executed effectively, creatively, and in line with organizational goals and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Strategy:

Implement digital marketing plans to promote the programs and initiatives of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Centre.

Collaborate with relevant teams to define marketing needs, objectives, and strategies.
Digital Marketing Implementation:

Develop and update websites and digital platforms according to quality standards.

Prepare and publish engaging digital content (images, videos, texts, news) for social media and other platforms.

Support search engine optimization efforts and improve content reach.

Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure deliverables align with objectives.

Monitor trends, benchmarking, and developments in digital marketing to implement best practices.

Analyze user engagement and effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.

Monitor digital marketing budgets and ensure appropriate allocation.
Shared & Administrative Activities:

Perform other duties as requested by the manager.

Follow departmental policies, procedures, and ethics.

Contribute to continuous improvement, sustainability, and cost efficiency of digital marketing processes.
Communication & Relationship Management:

Coordinate with internal departments and DCT HQ support services.

Maintain relationships with external institutions, researchers, committees, and partners.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.

Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and financial planning.

Result-oriented, accurate, and quality-focused.

Experience in digital marketing content creation, social media management, and analytics.
