AMS Group is looking for a Design Specialist (UAE National) to create visually compelling designs for digital and print materials. The role is part of the Specialized Sports Equipment team in Dubai and requires on-site collaboration. The ideal candidate will craft creative visual content, maintain brand consistency, and support marketing and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visual content for social media, web banners, advertisements, POS materials, branding, leaflets, newsletters, event invites, and annual magazines.

• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to develop creative concepts aligned with messaging goals.

• Create and edit videos for social media channels and corporate events.

• Produce quarterly newsletters and annual magazines with input from internal stakeholders.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain creative excellence.

• Ensure brand guidelines and visual quality are consistently applied across all deliverables.

Must-Have Requirements:

• UAE National (mandatory).

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

• 1–4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a creative role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva.

• Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.

• Robust portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity in design projects.
