About the Role

We are seeking experienced Delivery Consultants (180/270 roles) and ambitious 360 Consultants who are ready to take the next step in their recruitment career.

The successful candidates will play a vital role in managing client relationships, sourcing top talent, and driving business growth across the Middle East region. This is an excellent opportunity for recruitment professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality service and are looking to advance into a full 360 consulting role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to client delivery.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates across assigned sectors.

• Conduct market mapping and talent pipeline development for key business areas.

• Collaborate with team members to identify business opportunities and support client needs.

• Contribute to business development initiatives and grow market share across the Middle East.

• Maintain a consultative, ethical, and relationship-driven approach throughout all interactions.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience within Technology, Sales & Marketing, or Financial Services sectors.

• Strong understanding of both technical and non-technical market requirements.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

• Currently based in the Middle East or willing to relocate before the end of 2025.
