Job Summary:

Emirates Logistics is hiring a Customs Co-worker in Dubai. This entry-level role involves processing inbound and outbound customs documents, managing payments, updating data, and supporting the logistics team to ensure smooth operations. Candidates should have basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with Dubai Trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process DP World payments on the same day of BOE/ED.

• Download, merge, and manage inbound/outbound documents within 24 hours.

• File Non-Remittance Claims within 2 days of receiving final SWB.

• Create folders and save outbound files after ED processing.

• Check and update COK status for inbound shipments.

• Support the team in delivering on set KPIs.

• Verify correctness of documents before processing.

• Update invoices and EDI data in EL master file.

• Create and forward shipments from DCO, following up on escalated documents.

• Track consumables shipments (DDU/DAP) and ensure documents are ready for handover.

• Update master files, trackers, and records based on arrival reports and notifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Entry-level position; prior logistics experience is a plus.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Familiarity with Dubai Trade and customs procedures.

• Good English proficiency in writing and speaking.

• Alert, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Fast data entry skills.
