Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional multi-channel support via phone, email, live chat, and social media. This role is key in resolving customer inquiries, capturing feedback, generating leads, and ensuring seamless coordination with the service department. You will utilize the Genesys Contact Center System and Oracle Application to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via toll-free calls, emails, live chats, and social media

Conduct outbound calls for customer satisfaction surveys (Sales and After-Sales)

Register customer details and service complaints for resolution

Coordinate service appointments with the Service Department

Generate and qualify sales leads through interactions

Save and manage customer profiles and call history using Genesys system
-
Access service history and provide status updates through Oracle Application
-
Apply communication and presentation skills acquired during training

Maintain a polite, professional, and service-oriented approach across all touchpoints
Candidate Requirements

6 months to 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)

Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)

Bilingual abilities (preferred); fluency in English required (spoken & written)

Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer navigation

Confident and courteous phone presence

Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure

Willing to work rotating shifts as per company policy
