Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Course Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C and B2B educational sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of online education programs via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial inquiry to closing—ensuring high conversion rates.

Understand customer needs and deliver tailored course recommendations.

Achieve monthly sales targets across both B2B and B2C segments.

Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Maintain detailed records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM systems.

Provide timely and professional follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Gather and relay client feedback to improve service and product offerings.

Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Arts, Business, or related field).

3–4 years of experience in educational or EdTech sales (B2B/B2C).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Target-oriented with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Previous experience in banking or high-pressure sales is a plus.

Must be based in the UAE with a valid visa.
