Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Communications & Reservations Agent (Arabic Speaker) to join their luxury hospitality team. The role involves handling reservations, providing guest information, and supporting front desk operations while delivering exceptional service. Ideal candidates will have experience in luxury hotel operations, strong communication skills, and fluency in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general information about the hotel and assist callers with inquiries.

• Process reservations via telephone, email, central reservation systems, and travel agents.

• Maintain accurate reservation records, including dates of arrival and alphabetical listings.

• Communicate reservation details to the front desk and relevant departments.

• Manage room availability across all channels and the hotel website.

• Comply with Four Seasons’ sales, marketing, and service standards while collaborating with team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5* luxury hotel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in Arabic.

• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a six-day workweek.
