GetBIZUAE is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for self-starters with a passion for sales, business development, and client engagement. You’ll work remotely with flexible hours while connecting with warm, pre-qualified leads to help clients establish their businesses in the UAE and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and follow up with warm leads provided by GetBIZUAE.

• Present and promote the company’s services, including business licenses, Golden Visas, and company setups in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and occasional in-person meetings.

• Close sales and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.

• Attend in-person meetings or training sessions in Dubai up to twice a week when requested.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within business setup, real estate, or other high-ticket service sectors.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Must be based in the UAE (preferred) or within the GCC region.

• Availability of at least 6–8 hours per day with a flexible schedule.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Commission-only role (no fixed salary).

• Attractive commission structure ranging from 25% to 50%.

• Earning potential of up to 25,000 AED per month or more.
