A leading contracting company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Commercial / Contracts Manager to oversee tendering, subcontractor agreements, and contract management for mid to high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have 12–15 years of UAE experience, strong quantity take-off skills, and the ability to manage variations, claims, and approvals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate drawings and specification documents to prepare complete Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

• Send enquiries to subcontractors, finalize subcontractor agreements, and approve invoices.

• Prepare and verify variation claims in consultation with the Project Manager; submit supporting documentation to consultants and follow up for approvals.

• Manage contract claims and Extensions of Time (EOT).

• Ensure all tendering and contract processes are executed efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain high organizational standards, working under minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 12–15 years of UAE experience in construction tendering for mid to high-rise projects.

• Proficient in quantity take-off and related software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong knowledge of contract management, claims, and EOT procedures.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

• UAE Driving License preferred.
