Hermès is seeking a Client Communication Executive (UAE National) to join its team in Dubai. This role is designed for individuals passionate about luxury brand communication and customer engagement. The selected candidate will support the implementation of Hermès’ client communication activation plan, including personalized and international campaigns, ensuring brand excellence across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute data extractions to define target audiences for various client communication activations.

• Support Door-to-Door dispatching projects by coordinating between internal teams and suppliers.

• Assist in organizing international trips and events for client engagement.

• Prepare detailed reports analyzing activation and campaign performance (one-to-few, one-to-one, and international events).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is an added advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business with an interest in CRM.

• Previous experience in a related position is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
