As a Client Advisor, you will act as a brand ambassador—building meaningful client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the timeless charm and sophistication of Tiffany & Co.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Tiffany & Co. with professionalism and authenticity, delivering personalized client experiences.

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while cultivating new and repeat client relationships.

• Maintain and expand a strong client database by capturing and managing client information effectively.

• Deliver memorable in-store experiences using the Tiffany Touch and uphold brand excellence at all times.

• Implement Tiffany’s Client Experience Behaviors as outlined in the Tiffany Experience Index (TEI) program.

• Utilize hospitality best practices and store amenities to elevate customer satisfaction.

• Stay knowledgeable about current merchandise collections, product stories, and market trends.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• UAE National (mandatory).

• Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client relations preferred.

• Passionate about customer service and luxury client experience.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.

• Ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele.

• Proficient in POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
