Marriott International is seeking a Chef de Partie to join Bvlgari Resort Dubai. This role involves preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a luxury hospitality setting. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Bvlgari and Marriott standards.

Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation in all food items.

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service operations.

Assist in inventory management, portion control, and ordering supplies.
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and international cuisine.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented with excellent attention to detail.

Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
