Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a central communication link between doctors, patients, and phlebotomists.

• Schedule and coordinate sample collections, patient appointments, and follow-ups.

• Maintain and update patient records accurately using MS Excel and internal systems.

• Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination across departments.

• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure seamless workflow at the lab.

Skills & Qualifications:
