LanceSoft Middle East is hiring Arabic-speaking Call Center professionals for a one-year on-site contract role in Dubai, with the possibility of extension. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and customer service experience to join a reputable organization and support client operations in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Record and update customer details in the system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when required.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
