The company is now seeking a Business Development Executive – Financial Products to expand its footprint in the Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, and Investment sectors.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the firm’s financial product offerings in the UAE market. The role requires a results-oriented professional with strong financial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for financial products, including investment options, loans, insurance, and digital finance solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporates, and institutional clients.

Analyze client needs and deliver customized financial solutions.

Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, risk, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor insights, and UAE financial regulations.

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Represent Whizz HR at networking events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within financial services, banking, fintech, asset management, or insurance.

Strong knowledge of UAE financial products and regulatory frameworks.
-
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

Established client network within Dubai or the GCC region is highly desirable.
