Business Development Executive – Financial Products

Whizz HR is a Dubai-based recruitment and talent management consultancy specializing in strategic hiring for top-tier organizations. Founded by industry leader Sairose Mosani, Whizz HR combines innovation and expertise to connect businesses with the right talent. The company is now seeking a Business Development Executive – Financial Products to expand its footprint in the Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, and Investment sectors.


Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the firm’s financial product offerings in the UAE market. The role requires a results-oriented professional with strong financial acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for financial products, including investment options, loans, insurance, and digital finance solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporates, and institutional clients.

  • Analyze client needs and deliver customized financial solutions.

  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, risk, operations) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor insights, and UAE financial regulations.

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Represent Whizz HR at networking events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within financial services, banking, fintech, asset management, or insurance.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE financial products and regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

  • Established client network within Dubai or the GCC region is highly desirable.
