Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive will drive merchant acquisition, support online business operations, and enhance delivery services. This on-site, full-time role involves fieldwork and direct engagement with partner restaurants to expand Keeta’s delivery network in Fujairah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, meet, and build partnerships with catering merchants via appointments and door-to-door visits.

• Assist partner restaurants in setting up online stores on the platform and provide training for managing their delivery business.

• Collaborate with partners on online marketing campaigns and operational solutions to boost delivery performance.

• Conduct regular visits to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve daily queries from partner restaurants.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Arabic.

• Strong business negotiation and market development skills.

• Integrity, honesty, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Team spirit, resilience, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to work in the field.

• Preferred: Experience in sales or merchant services in e-commerce or delivery platforms (AM/BD roles).
