RICHMAN ASSOCIATE is hiring a Business Consultant with expertise in UAE mainland, freezone, and offshore business environments. The consultant will provide strategic guidance, business setup advisory, and operational optimization to clients, ensuring compliance and successful business operations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on company formation options: mainland, freezone, or offshore.

• Guide clients through setup processes, including documentation, licensing, and regulatory compliance.

• Formulate and execute business strategies aligned with client objectives.

• Stay updated on UAE business laws, government policies, and licensing regulations.

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

• Maintain CRM systems and provide regular project updates and reports to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in business consulting, with a proven track record in mainland, freezone, and offshore company formation.

• Strong knowledge of UAE business jurisdictions, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
