STARTEX HUB is seeking a Business Consultant to support clients in starting or expanding their businesses in the UAE. This full-time, on-site role focuses on advising clients on Freezone, Mainland, and Offshore license options, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales while ensuring a seamless business setup experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in UAE business setup.

  • Advise clients on license types (Freezone, Mainland, Offshore) and guide them through the process.

  • Generate leads through research, networking, and digital platforms like LinkedIn.

  • Follow up with company-provided leads and convert them into successful sales.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (PRO, accounting, operations) for smooth onboarding.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and sales progress.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in business setup consultancy.

  • Strong understanding of UAE company formation, license types, and relevant authorities.

  • Proven ability to generate and close leads independently.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
