Etihad International Hospitality LLC is seeking a Business Application Analyst – HRMS & Payroll to manage, configure, and support HRMS and payroll processes within D365 Finance & Operations. The role focuses on process optimization, data integrity, and compliance with UAE labor laws, ensuring seamless payroll and HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and optimize HRMS and payroll business processes.

Configure and maintain D365 HR and Payroll modules.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements.

Manage multi-company and multi-location payroll operations.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support end-users and ensure data accuracy.

Prepare reports, troubleshoot issues, and support system migrations or transformations as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), HR, and Payroll modules, preferably in UAE/GCC.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.

Analytical skills with expertise in data validation, reporting, and payroll troubleshooting.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and D365.

Excellent English communication skills; able to collaborate across departments.

Experience in payroll migrations, parallel payroll, or system transformation projects is a plus.
