Etihad International Hospitality LLC is seeking a Business Application Analyst – HRMS & Payroll to manage, configure, and support HRMS and payroll processes within D365 Finance & Operations. The role focuses on process optimization, data integrity, and compliance with UAE labor laws, ensuring seamless payroll and HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize HRMS and payroll business processes.

• Configure and maintain D365 HR and Payroll modules.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements.

• Manage multi-company and multi-location payroll operations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support end-users and ensure data accuracy.

• Prepare reports, troubleshoot issues, and support system migrations or transformations as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), HR, and Payroll modules, preferably in UAE/GCC.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.

• Analytical skills with expertise in data validation, reporting, and payroll troubleshooting.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and D365.

• Excellent English communication skills; able to collaborate across departments.

• Experience in payroll migrations, parallel payroll, or system transformation projects is a plus.
