Job Description:
Join our dynamic e-commerce team as an Amazon Store Operations & E-Commerce Specialist, where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our Amazon Seller Central store. If you have a strong background in e-commerce, especially in managing product listings, driving performance through advertising, and optimizing data-driven strategies, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Store Management

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth performance across all functions.

Manage the entire Amazon store backend (Seller Central), including product listings, keyword and content optimization (titles, bullet points, A+ content), and compliance with platform guidelines.

Monitor inventory, coordinate FBA/FBM shipments, and ensure products are live and in stock without risk of policy violations.
Customer Service & Quality Control

Track order fulfillment and respond to customer queries, returns, and complaints.

Manage store performance metrics (ODR, feedback, reviews) and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and ratings.
Advertising & Promotion Management

Develop and manage Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ad campaigns on Amazon.

Monitor KPIs like ACoS, CTR, and CVR, and optimize ads by refining keyword bids and targeting strategies.

Plan and implement promotional events like Prime Day, Black Friday, and limited-time deals to drive traffic and meet sales goals.
Data Analytics & Business Optimization

Analyze store sales data, traffic trends, BSR rankings, and competitor performance.

Generate actionable reports to inform product selection, pricing, and traffic strategies.

Stay updated on Amazon’s latest policies and logistics rules to ensure risk-free operations.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with supply chain teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment.

Share customer insights and market feedback with product development teams.

Coordinate with designers to enhance product imagery and page content.
Requirements:
-
1–3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
-
Proven track record managing categories like hardware, materials, or furniture (data-based results preferred).

In-depth knowledge of Amazon compliance policies, account metrics, KYC, VAT, etc.

Proficient in third-party tools: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMZ Tracker, etc.

Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, charts).
-
Strong English communication skills (CET-6 or above preferred).
-
High adaptability, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to stay ahead with Amazon trends.
Bonus Skills:

Experience with Brand Registry, EBC, A+ page creation
-
Knowledge of social media-driven off-site traffic (TikTok, Instagram → Amazon)
-
Experience with international logistics, overseas warehouses, or cross-platform selling (eBay, Shopify)
