Serco is seeking experienced Air Traffic Control Officers (ATCOs) for Tower and Approach operations at Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. The role involves providing air traffic services, ensuring safety, and maintaining compliance with ICAO and local aviation regulations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong decision-making, multitasking, and effective communication skills under high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Air Traffic Control services for aircraft within the OMRK Control Zone and International Airport.

• Operate as an ATCO for Aerodrome or Approach control areas.

• Maintain ATCO license and required ratings, including Medical Class III.

• Apply local and federal aviation regulations, including the local ATC manual.

• Communicate effectively with pilots and team members, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

• Make independent decisions under stress while maintaining proactive collaboration with the team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Hold a valid ATC License.

• Dual-rated: Approach Control Surveillance (APS) and Aerodrome Control (ADI), preferably with at least 3 years of experience.

• Valid medical certificate.

• Successful completion of ICAO courses and on-the-job training.

• Excellent spatial awareness, multitasking, and reprioritization skills.

• Language proficiency: Minimum Level 4 English.
