Job Description: We are seeking a talented AI Specialist with marketing expertise to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement AI-driven marketing strategies and campaigns. Analyse customer data using machine learning techniques to identify trends and opportunities. Create automated marketing workflows using AI tools and platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise campaign performance through predictive analytics. Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for marketing applications. Generate insights and recommendations from data analysis to support business decisions. Manage AI-powered content creation and personalisation initiatives. Present findings and strategies to stakeholders and clients.

Skills & Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

• Proven experience with AI and machine learning applications in marketing

• Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, or similar)

• Understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills in English

• UAE residence visa or eligibility to work in the UAE

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with marketing AI platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Einstein, Adobe Sensei)

• Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision applications

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools

• Previous experience working in the Middle East market

• Additional language skills (Arabic preferred)
