Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative functions to support smooth operations

Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to streamline workflow

Handle scheduling, documentation, and internal/external communication

Assist with vendor and client coordination

Support basic accounting, reporting, and document filing tasks
Qualifications & Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing or design

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
