Admin cum Document Executive (Temp)

Credence Consultancy is hiring an Admin cum Document Executive for a reputed European MNC in Dubai. This is a temporary role, with the possibility of extension, focused on organizing, maintaining, and managing company documents while supporting general administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and file technical, commercial, and legal documents, both electronic and physical.

  • Maintain complete records of all documentation activities.

  • Ensure timely delivery of documents to relevant personnel and departments.

  • Knowledge of Export Documentation & LC is a plus.

  • Handle front desk duties when required.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as ordering pantry and office supplies.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Good communication skills.
