Credence Consultancy is hiring an Admin cum Document Executive for a reputed European MNC in Dubai. This is a temporary role, with the possibility of extension, focused on organizing, maintaining, and managing company documents while supporting general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and file technical, commercial, and legal documents, both electronic and physical.

Maintain complete records of all documentation activities.

Ensure timely delivery of documents to relevant personnel and departments.

Knowledge of Export Documentation & LC is a plus.

Handle front desk duties when required.

Manage administrative tasks such as ordering pantry and office supplies.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Good communication skills.
