About the Role:
A prominent UAE-based investment group is seeking a reliable and experienced Senior Accountant to join its high-performing finance team. The role offers a hands-on opportunity to work across a range of accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement within a group company structure.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in audit and corporate accounting, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is confident managing end-to-end financial processes with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Maintain general ledger and ensure all ERP entries are correctly recorded (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

• Perform account reconciliations and financial data integrity checks

• Support VAT and corporate tax compliance and submissions

• Assist in internal audits and improve financial controls and reporting processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project and group-level accounting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory)

• Professional qualification (CA, CPA, or CMA – full or part qualified preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of audit experience + 3 years in corporate or project accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and advanced Excel

• Highly organized, analytical, and able to manage confidential financial data

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
