A leading full-service real estate holding company in Dubai is seeking an Операционный менеджер / COO (Development) to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure high-quality service delivery across property management, maintenance, leasing, sales, and support services. The role reports directly to the business owner and involves leadership in a multicultural team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and control daily operational processes: property portfolio management, contractor coordination, and service quality for tenants and owners.

• Optimize workflows, implement standards, reporting, and monitoring systems.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including property management, maintenance, leasing, and sales departments.

• Ensure achievement of performance metrics, transparency in reporting, and high service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, real estate, or service management in the UAE.

• Strong planning, organizational, and process structuring skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.

• Results-oriented with a focus on quality.

• Fluent in English; native-level Russian proficiency.
