Greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner using the suggested script.
Answering telephonic and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner.
Generate sales leads
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Scheduling meeting and appointments General office administration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Customer service: 2 years (Facility Management Industry Experience Preferred)
Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 Plus Bachelor Accommodation
