We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team. The role involves representing high-end off-plan and secondary properties, building strong client relationships, and providing bespoke advisory services to global investors and end-users. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, qualify, and manage high-net-worth clients and investors.

• Promote luxury off-plan and ready properties across Dubai’s prime areas.

• Conduct property tours, negotiations, and deal closures with professionalism.

• Maintain market awareness and competitor insights to identify new opportunities.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to convert qualified leads and maximize ROI.

• Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies throughout the transaction process.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing market insights and advisory services.

• Conduct property viewings, prepare contracts, and support negotiations to meet client objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (off-plan and secondary market preferred).

• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.

• Proven sales skills and experience in client management.

• Effective negotiation and deal-closing abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus.

• Valid UAE driving license; owning a car is an advantage.

• RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Professional appearance and high ethical standards.
